To improve customer service to our non-English speaking parents, we have parent volunteers who have graciously offered their time and services to make translation available and take phone call inquiries in Spanish during designated hours at Dunbar. We will have a parent volunteer here in the office all day on Tuesday. Services will also be available on Monday from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.; Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.; and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30. If you have any questions that you would like answered about your student, that volunteer will work with the Dunbar staff to provide you with the answers. If these times are not convenient, always feel free to call Dunbar and we will make every effort to locate someone who will be able to speak to you in Spanish or return your call as quickly as possible. |
